Vehicle licensing applications

ROCHE: Matthews Plant (Cornwall) Limited, of Numphra House, St Ervan, Wadebridge has applied for an operating centre for a goods vehicle licence.

It is seeking to use Great Brynn Barton, Roche, St Austell, PL26 8LH as an operating centre for 3 goods vehicles.

In this instance, owners or occupiers of land, including buildings near the operating centre who believe that there will be an impact on their enjoyment and use of the land are asked to make representations to the Traffic Commissioner within 21 days of October 29.

Premises licence application

AN application for the granting of a premises licence has been submitted to Cornwall Council for a business in Truro.

Darren and Mandy Hoare have submitted a licence application for the granting of a premises licence for their business at Zafiro’s, 3 New Bridge Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2AA.

As part of the present requirements for the licensing of the sale and consumption of alcohol, businesses are required to advertise their proposals in a local newspaper in order that residents can be informed and make representations in respect of it.

In this application, Darren and Mandy Hoare are seeking to grant an amended premises licence for the above-mentioned address.

The variation would, if granted increase the terminal hour on Friday, Saturday and Wednesday for the playing of recorded Music, provision of late-night refreshment and alcohol and increase the opening hours include Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, NYE.
