CAMBORNE: Union Street in Camborne is set for a lengthy closure in order for works to be under taken to the carriage way.

It is set to take place between May 11 and 22, with the prohibition on the use of the road by traffic set to be in force 24 hours a day on the scheduled closure dates.

Cornwall Council say it is necessary in order to lay new granite kerbs across the carriage way and re point cobbles.

Pedestrian access will be maintained to properties.

PENPONDS: Mill Road in Penponds will be closed between May 14 and 15 in order to allow South West Water to repair defects.

BODMIN: Midway Road in Bodmin is set for overnight cabling works between 9am and 6am on May 5 to 6.
