A HOLIDAY parks operator near Hayle is seeking to amend its licence to serve alcohol from its premises.

Lovat Parks have submitted the application which concerns Parbola Holiday Park, Shaftsdown Lane, Wall, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 5LE.

Its application seeks to move the bar from the shed to the main reception building.

A record of the application can be viewed at the licensing authority’s address, in this instance Cornwall Council, during weekdays by prior appointment.

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to the application can do so by contacting Cornwall Council no later than February 19, 2026.

A public notice added: “It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.”
