NOT-FOR-PROFIT organisations in Newquay are being invited to apply for funds from a grant scheme.

Newquay Town Council has opened applications for its 2026 Community Grant Scheme, which aims to help small projects grow and enabling community activity to flourish across the town.

Projects eligible for funding should fall within one or more categories, which include enhancing or expanding existing events held in Newquay, promoting community pride and supporting local safety campaigns.

Other categories include inspiring students and young residents to engage with local issues, history or culture, supporting sports initiatives or events, promoting Newquay to wider audiences, increasing visitors and boosting the local economy as well as supporting environmental initiatives that improve the parish.
