An outline planning application has been submitted to build nine new homes on land near Penzance.

The proposed site is in Branwell Lane, Eastern Green.

The proposals are for nine three-bedroom homes to be built on the land with three of the properties also having garages.

Each home would have two parking spaces, a patio area and back garden. None of the homes would be affordable.

The proposed site is currently used as a car park for an outlet store and landscaping is planned to improve the area.
