PROJECT Eighty Three has won the Muddy Stiletto award for the Best Bar in Cornwall.
The venue, in the vibrant area of Wesley Yard, Newquay, is not your average live music spot; it’s a blend of culture, food, motorbikes and good vibes.
Catering not only to bikers but also drawing in a diverse local following and tourists alike, it offers a fusion of culture, cuisine, and creativity.
The founders of Project Eighty Three, said: “We are absolutely blown away to be voted Cornwall’s Best Bar, especially in our very first year. We never imagined how far our vision would go or how much support we would receive in such a short time.”

“This bar started as a dream, and the way the community has embraced it has been nothing short of incredible. We’ve grown faster than we ever expected, but more importantly, we’ve seen how the space has become a lifeline for some - helping people reconnect, find joy, and feel part of something again. It’s been described by some as life-changing, and we’re deeply honoured to have made that kind of impact.”
“This recognition is not just for us, it’s for every single person who’s supported us, believed in our vision, and made this journey possible. Thank you... we’re just getting started.”
In its first year of trading, Project Eighty Three has become the home of Newquay’s monthly farmers market, an alternative market, weekly Bike Nights and even a regular Cinema Night.
