A NEGLECTED part of Newquay is set to be shown a ‘bit of love.”
Newquay Town Council is joining forces with Cormac and residents for the Love Treloggan project to help spruce up the community, which will involve tidying up, gardening and litter picking.
The first event is on Saturday, March 28 at 10am.
Mayor Cllr Drew Creek said: “Treloggan hasn’t seen a lot of love over the last few years.
“It is about working with the community and Cormac to tidy up the areas around Treloggan.
“It is about putting a bit of love back in. Rolling up our sleeves and getting involved.
“We will have some tea and biscuits as well as some shovels. We welcome anyone to come along and get involved.”
