A fine week of weather ahead, which will possibly extend into next week, with potentially 30 degrees.
The octopus fishing has slowed down for some reason. There are less than half the amount being caught compared to a fortnight ago.
A few Cornish King Crabs are still being caught inshore but not many cuttlefish.
The Geoff Pearce memorial gig race will be staged in the bay tonight (Wednesday) at 7.30pm.
There is no band performing at Newquay Rowing Club this Saturday but on Sunday the Padstow Accordions will be taking to the stage at the venue at 3 pm.
