THE Harbour at Newquay is set to come alive for a popular charity paddle fundraiser.

The Joe Way Paddle for Life will be held on Thursday, June 18, from 3pm onwards.

The event will include paddle races, family activities and a live music line-up featuring Lotte Brown, Tom Carr, Newquay Rowing Club Singers and Natalie Nicholas.

Organiser Matt Way said: “This event is, and always will be, held in memory of our late son Joe.

“The day means a huge amount to our family and our community.

“What started as something deeply personal has grown into something far bigger bringing people together to support children’s charities and youth wellbeing initiatives, and creating a day full of energy, positivity and purpose. Together, we’ve now raised over £185,000.”
