Truro BID and city councillors have all contributed towards funding the day, meaning costs are covered and the event is free to take part in, with gazebos provided for all participants.

Organiser Paul Caruana has been joined on the central committee by Jayne Roberts, Richard McCarthy and Louise Julyan.

Invitations were sent to organisations offering children and teenagers the opportunity to get involved, in the hope their parents might also wish to help run their activities.
