Families are invited to embark on an enchanting adventure at Pendennis Castle this holiday season with the return of the Christmas Adventure Quest, running from November 30 to December 22.

Everyone can join best friends Ellie and Jack on a delightful scavenger hunt throughout the historic grounds. Families will uncover the fascinating stories behind cherished Christmas traditions as they explore 12 festive stops brimming with fun activities and challenges. This self-led quest is free of charge and offers the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit.

Ella Harrison, Events Manager at English Heritage, said: “The Christmas Quest at Pendennis is a wonderful way for families to enjoy the fresh air and explore a spectacular historic site while celebrating the festive season together. Wrap up warm and gather clues as you discover the origins of our cherished Christmas traditions.”

In addition to the quest, visitors can have festive snacks at the tearoom and discover last-minute Christmas gifts at the castle’s shop. For those who prefer to shop from home, a variety of seasonal offerings are available online.

This aims to be an opportunity to create lasting memories with loved ones at one of Henry VIII's finest seaside fortresses. With winding staircases, breathtaking sea views, and fairy-tale turrets, Pendennis Castle promises an action-packed day out for visitors of all ages.
