TRURO School’s class of 2026 has achieved the establishment’s strongest A Level results in over a decade, with 23 per cent of grades awarded at A*, 50 per cent at A*/A, 80 per cent at A*-B and an overall pass rate of 100%,
Success is being celebrated across the humanities, creative arts, mathematics, languages, and sciences alike, and in additional qualifications including the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), Leiths and PE Cambridge Technicals.
Students are progressing to quality courses at leading universities, including English, geology, interior design, law, medicine, midwifery, music, sports management and veterinary science.
Headmaster Andy Johnson said: “These results are exceptional. What makes me particularly proud are individual journeys, with the breadth and diversity of ambition and excellence they show, and that we value and celebrate today.”
