COUNCIL bosses have agreed to dispose of a parcel of land in Crantock.

Cornwall Council has decided the land at Beach Road is surplus to its requirements.

A council spokesperson said: “It is unclear at this stage what the future use of the site will be.”

Crantock Parish Council has no interest in the site. A spokesperson said: “We are not purchasing the piece of land at Beach Road.

“The piece of land is so small and in the wrong location for anything to be done with it.

“I don’t know what the plan is for the land now, but I assume that Cornwall Council will now sell it, maybe to a local resident for parking as it would just about fit one car.”
