A CHARITY based in Hayle is inviting families, pet lovers and adventurers across the UK to take part in the Cinnamon Treasure Trail - a heartwarming, interactive corgi-themed treasure trail unfolding nationwide.
The trail is an initiative created to celebrate The Cinnamon Trust’s 40th anniversary, and create awareness of the vital support available to older people, the terminally ill and their pets.
Each Friday for the next eight weeks, the trust will release new clues of the secret locations where a Cinnamon corgi and three goody bags are hidden, inviting participants to submit their guesses.
The charity will release its first clue on their social media platforms on Friday, July 11, revealing the first hidden corgi location.
The lively stop-motion announcement video was created in collaboration with Cinnamon Trust volunteer Trevor Hardy of PigBird Stop-Motion Studio, celebrated for his quirky, and characterful animations.
Each clue will lead to a city or town and hint at a specific spot within it, challenging participants to pinpoint the exact location. Each clue is only active for 48 hours.
The first four participants to guess correctly will be contacted and invited to collect their prizes from the trust’s local partners.
Patrick Williams, CEO of The Cinnamon Trust, said: “As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we wanted to mark the occasion in true Cinnamon Trust style – with something warm, joyful, and rooted in community.
“The Cinnamon Treasure Trail is our way of bringing a little fun to people’s summer while shining a light on the incredible network they can be part of, and the essential support we offer.”
The campaign has been brought to life in collaboration with Seasalt.
