A COMMUNITY garden in Newquay is busy as a bee organising its popular summer fayre.

Newquay Orchard is staging the event on Saturday, June 13, between 11am and 4pm.

The summer fayre has a jam-packed line-up of family-friendly activities, which include live music, a kid’s fun zone, wellbeing area, creative workshops, market stalls as well as local food and drink.

Newquay Orchard is hosting a special chef's table event with Ben Southgate and foraging expert Emma Gunn the night before, on Friday, June 12, at 7pm. Limited tickets are available.

A Newquay Orchard spokesperson said: “We are delighted that the Newquay Orchard summer fayre is returning.

“The fayre is completely free to attend. We'd love to make this the biggest and best yet.”
