TRURO Lions have announced the installation of their new president, Julian Collinson, for the Lions Year from July 1 to June 20,2026.

Julian Collinson will strive to promote the club during his presidential year with support from members and partners. Geoff Kaye takes over as vice-president.

Truro Lions are very active in the local community, supporting good causes and raising much-needed funds for local charities. The annual Crystal Golf Competition takes place in September, followed by Christmas hampers, Easter egg draws and various other activities.

The club also is involved in service projects including marshalling at Children’s Hospice South West events, Truro Memory Cafe and litter picking.

Truro Lions are actively looking for new members to contribute to Lions Club International’s worldwide target of 1.5 million.
