Boardmasters warmly invites local residents and businesses to attend its upcoming community meeting, where the team will be sharing important updates on this year’s festival which takes place from August 6 - 10 2025.
Building on feedback received during the 2024 debrief sessions, this meeting will provide an opportunity to outline the festival's priorities for the year ahead, present its approach to the event, and share early plans with the wider community.
The meeting will include a review of key takeaways from the 2024 debriefs, an update on plans for the 2025 festival and a look ahead to the festival’s planning priorities. These priorities will cover a range of important topics including traffic management, beach safety, the culture and history of the festival, activity at Fistral Beach and the wider impact on the local community.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday April 29 2025, at SeaSpace, located on Watergate Road, Porth, Cornwall, TR7 3LX.
The evening will begin at 17:30 with a Boardmasters presentation, followed by a short Q&A session with the Festival Management Team, concluding at 18:30.
