Paramedics went to the aid of a motorist after an accident yesterday (March 14) lunchtime.

Police and Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service teams from Bodmin were also sent to the scene of the single-vehicle crash at Cardinham.

One person was still inside the vehicle, but not physically trapped.

Firefighters helped the occupant and made the scene safe.
