There was fun for all the family at the Merlin Country Fayre during the weekend. 

The fundraising event held at Griggs Country Store in Hewaswater near Sticker had something for everyone. 

The programme included a whole host of different vintage vehicles from cars, bikes, tractors, lorries and steam engines, while there were also a wide variety of trade and craft stands.

With additions such as live music, an animal area and children’s play attractions, the fayre provided a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere for visitors. 

Laurence Reed compèred the two-day event, providing the commentary for the action in the main arena where a number of different activities taking place.
