VARIOUS events are taking place at National Trust site Trelissick, near Truro, this summer.
There’s plenty to entice visitors out and about this summer with a number of events being held at National Trust sites around Cornwall.
What’s more, every time people experience a National Trust day out, they are helping to care for these special places for future generations.
Here is a guide of what’s coming up at Trelissick in the coming months:
- Miracle Theatre presents Twelfth Night
July 10 to 12, 6.30 to 8.30pm.
Miracle Theatre revisits Twelfth Night - Shakespeare’s joyous, chaotic comedy, where love knows no boundaries.

July 19 to September 2, 10am to 5pm.
Play on repeat this summer where every winding path leads to a way to play.

- Outdoor yoga with Apricity Yoga
July 20, 9.30 to 10.30am.
Get closer to nature with an outdoor yoga experience in the Trelissick garden lead by Apricity Yoga.

- Quantum Theatre presents Alice Through the Looking Glass
August 20, 4.30 to 6pm.
Quantum Theatre bring their lively brand of comedy, music and magic to Lewis Carroll’s timeless classic, Alice Through the Looking Glass for summer 2025. They'll be at Trelissick for a matinee performance.

- The Duke's Theatre Company present Shakespeare's Macbeth
September 3, 6.30 to 8.45pm.
The Dukes Theatre Company's production of Macbeth offers a dynamic reimagining of Shakespeare’s classic tragedy held in the walled garden.

- ‘Trelissick 70’
Daily (June to September), 11am-4pm.
70 years ago, in 1955, Ida Copeland generously gifted the garden and estate of Trelissick to the National Trust. This year we celebrate her donation with exhibitions that tell the story of both the Copeland’s Trelissick and the Trelissick we know.
