One of Cornwall’s builders is launching a new package of measures designed to help make a new home affordable. 

Buyers who reserve a new Persimmon home by January 31 can benefit from the company covering up to 10 of their monthly mortgage payments. 

Across the UK, the average price of a Persimmon home is more than 20 per cent below the national average and around half of all Persimmon customers are first-time buyers. 

A separate offer aims to support those looking to sell their existing property, with a 105 per cent part-exchange scheme.
