Police are seeking to reunite valuable jewellery, including rings and pendants, with its rightful owner.
A member of the public found the jewellery when diving in the Helford river, near Falmouth, and contacted police.
The jewellery, some in yellow metal (ym), is believed to be worth approximately £10,000 in total.
PC Victoria Swan said: “Some of the rings and pendants are very distinctive. We are hoping to find the owner as it is clear the jewellery is of huge sentimental value.”
If you recognise the jewellery or know who it belongs to, please contact police via www.devon-cornwall.police.uk/contact or by calling 101 quoting property reference A/539475.
