A freehold retail investment in Truro city centre is to be sold at auction on May 9.
Two adjoining shops at 91 and 92 Pydar Street, currently let to TK Maxx and Shoe Zone, are being offered via auctioneer Acuitus with a guide price of £1.55-million.
Together, they form 26,937sq ft of space over the ground and first floors, producing £240,000 in annual rental income with leases expiring in 2027.
The auction will take place on May 9 at 1pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
